LJ Home Care Ltd are seeking friendly, energetic individuals who are looking for a rewarding role as a home care worker, and are dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our clients in various locations across Lincolnshire.
Our clients require caring home care workers willing to assist in maintaining their independence, supporting them with their personal care and home care needs.
Duties may include any of the following:

Personal care duties: assisting clients with their personal hygiene and personal care needs.

Transport/social support: taking clients to appointments, shopping etc.

Domestic duties: general house cleaning.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have a positive, cheerful personality and be able to support clients to live as independently as possible.

Experience in a similar role, however not essential, as full training will be provided.

Own reliable, registered vehicle with insurance and current UK drivers license.
(However clients can be accessible by foot, public transport and some car sharing).

Responsible to: Registered Manager/Domicilary Managers
Purpose of Position:
To Provide a cleaning service within the clients home to meet health and safety requirements.

To vacuum, dust and polish where required
-
To sweep and wash floor areas
-
To light fires or other sources of heating
-
To launder/iron clothes or bed linen
-
To make or change bed
-
To undertake shopping/payment of bills
Principle Resposibilities:

To visit nominated clients at times directed by the management
-
To carry out all tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for the privacy, dignity and value of the clients, irrespective of disability or personal circumstances

To summon appropriate assistance in an emergency
-
All actions should sustain, support and enhance the wellbeing and independence of the clients
-
Maintain confidentiality at all times

Any other duties reasonably falling within the scope of the position
Qualification and Experience:
None required
Special Conditions:
Successful applicant will be subject to a D.B.S check

Purpose of Position:

The company driver will be responsible for conveying staff of the organisation to areas where they are required

To collect medication from the surgery and deliver to the clients homes
-
To pick up shopping and deliver to the client, or drive and accompany clients to the shop
-
To drive clients to Doctors and Hospital appointments
Principle Resposibilities:

To carry out tasks at times nominated by the management

To carry out all tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for the privacy, dignity and value of the clients, irrespective of disability or personal circumstances

To summon appropriate assistance in an emergency

That all actions should sustain, support and enhance the wellbeing and independence of the clients

Maintain confidentiality at all times

It will be the responsibility of the driver to inspectthe vehicle and undertake basic support undertakings i.e refuelling and reporting any faults to the manager

It is the driver's responsibility to keep the vehicle clean
-
To complete vehicle travel logs
-
He/she should be compliant with all traffic rules
-
To dress in accordance the company dress codes
-
In some cases the driver may likewise be tasked with driving different types of vehicles as circumstances require
Qualification and Experience:
Full, clean diving licence
Basic First Aid Training will be given
